Our classes are sociable and fun. You can punch, kick, cycle or dance your way to fitness or relax and stretch your way to flexibility and core strength!

Fitness Classes Spin Studio

Pure Class is based at Morgan’s Wellbeing Centre in Truro and offers a wide range of classes to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

We have 2 brand new, air-conditioned cycle studios with state of the art bikes to help you cycle your way to fitness!

We have a selection of classes with great music and a very enthusiastic team of instructors to motivate and encourage you along in our spacious and fully air-conditioned spring floor studio.

Classes run early in the morning for people who like to get up and go. We have excellent changing facilities, showers and hairdryers, so you can exercise and then go straight to work feeling energised and ready to take on the day.

Fitness Classes Aerobics Studio

We offer a good mix of cardio, strength, and wellness classes so that you can choose classes to meet all your needs. Classes run for 45 minutes so you can do more than one combining cardio and strength, or strength and wellness – making the most of your time and giving you great variety.

Our team of friendly instructors are on hand to encourage and support you and you can read all about them and our classes on here on our website.

You can have a Pure Class membership entitling you to unlimited classes or you can pay as you go.

Body Pump

The full-body weights workout, BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Tone Zone

Abdominals, hips, glutes and arms will experience a workout that can be done by everyone!

Yoga

Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

Unite Yoga / Pilates

Combining the practice of Yoga and Pilates. An all over body workout, focusing on breath and strength.

Pilates

Pilates will strengthen your core muscles and improve your flexibility, posture and movement.

Spin

Slam your cardio-vascular workout into a higher gear with this powerful indoor cycling class.

Step

High energy, fun and a great calorie burner. Step is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform.

Zumba

Dance inspired workout. Move to great music with great people and burn calories without even realising it.

Grit

30-minute, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

HIIT

Functional fitness classes using High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) techniques to maximise fat-burning.

Pound

POUND is the alternative group fitness format inspired by drumming! Cardio and strength with drum sticks!

Our classes really cater for everyone. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness fanatic, let our amazing instructors and community drive you to your fitness goal.

We have classes to suit all ages, sizes and fitness levels, classes to help you get lean and toned or build strength and classes to work all your major muscle groups.

If you’re new to Morgan’s you can use our free 2 day pass to come along and meet us and try out some of our classes first.
