Morgan’s Gym is the biggest in Cornwall, with a dedicated and well equipped cardio studio, extensive weights studio and brand new Hammer Strength training centre.
Whatever your age, or fitness level we can help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Our friendly, enthusiastic, and well qualified team will support you all the way and write you a fitness programme customised to your needs. If you would like a fitness assessment and a food plan we can help you with that too.

Air Conditioned Cardio Suite

Our well-equipped strength suite is air-conditioned and recently saw the addition of a full range of Hammer Strength equipment. Hammer Strength is the No. 1 brand of plate-loaded equipment in the world and is designed to move with the body’s natural path of motion. Hammer Strength moves the way the body is meant to move and rewards hard work with results. Results that elite athletes have been relying on for nearly three decades.
