BODY PUMP

The full-body weights workout, BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

TONE ZONE

Abdominals, hips, glutes and arms will experience a workout that can be done by everyone!

YOGA

Yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

UNITE YOGA / PILATES

Combining the practice of Yoga and Pilates. An all over body workout, focusing on breath and strength.

PILATES

Pilates will strengthen your core muscles and improve your flexibility, posture and movement.

SPIN

Slam your cardio-vascular workout into a higher gear with this powerful indoor cycling class.

STEP

High energy, fun and a great calorie burner. Step is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform.

ZUMBA

Dance inspired workout. Move to great music with great people and burn calories without even realising it.

GRIT

30-minute, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), designed to improve strength and build lean muscle.

HIIT

Functional fitness classes using High Intensity Interval Training (HITT) techniques to maximise fat-burning.

POUND

POUND is the alternative group fitness format inspired by drumming! Cardio and strength with drum sticks!

We have classes to suit all ages, sizes and fitness levels, classes to help you get lean and toned or build strength and classes to work all your major muscle groups.

If you’re new to Morgan’s you can use our free 2 day pass to come along and meet us and try out some of our classes first.

PAY AS YOU GO OR PAID IN FULL MEMBERSHIP AVAILABLE

Add only £5 per month to your membership to also get access to a full timetable of cycle classes.

Terms & Condition Apply:

3 month or 12 month membership continues until 30 days notice is given. Paid by direct debit monthly.

First month and joining fee paid in the club when you join.  Benefit from discounts when joining with friends, colleagues and family.

* Returning members do not pay a joining fee. Students, Seniors and Medical Concessions – £15 joining Fee.

** Off Peak only available to student, senior and medical rehab members – can use facilities between 11 and 4 and weekends.
