CYCLE YOUR WAY TO FITNESS

We have a brand new, air-conditioned cycle studio with 20 state of the art bikes to help you cycle your way to fitness!

Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness from beginners to athletes and our enthusiastic instructors will help you achieve your personal fitness goals, motivating and encouraging you to achieve your persona best!

With great music and a wide variety of workouts these classes are fun and exhilarating. Offering an excellent cardio workout, toning you, strengthening you and energising you.

Classes run early morning, mid morning and evening plus weekends so you can find classes to suit your lifestyle.

You are welcome to try a class for free so just ring the centre and book your free class now!

PAY AS YOU GO OR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

Add only £5 per month to your membership to also get access to a full timetable of classes.

Terms & Condition Apply:

3 month or 12 month membership continues until 30 days notice is given. Paid by direct debit monthly.

First month and joining fee paid in the club when you join.  Benefit from discounts when joining with friends, colleagues and family.

* Returning members do not pay a joining fee. Students, Seniors and Medical Concessions – £15 joining Fee.

Paid in Full memberships do not have a joining fee – see our membership page for details.

** Off Peak only available to student, senior and medical rehab members – can use facilities between 11 and 4 and weekends.
