Slam your cardio-vascular workout into a higher gear with this powerful indoor cycling class. Riding stationary bikes, you’ll be taken through a variety of intensities. You will work out to great music and this class is good fun!

Our Spin cycling workout enhances cardio-vascular health, regardless of age or ability level. Beginner’s can enter any spin class but it is advised that they keep the intensity at a level that they can cope with.

You can burn up to 700 calories per class,  with Spin at Morgan’s Gym Truro.
